Both of these websites provide links to other information about the local area. For instance, did you know that the first Spanish explorers reached the San Pedro river (about 8 miles from Tombstone) as early as 1539? Fray Marcos de Niza led a party looking for the Seven Cities of Cibola, and passed very near Tombstone. If only he knew the riches he had passed!
